The 43rd Annual Lac qui Parle Lake Association Walleye Tournament took place on Saturday, June 10th.  48 boats headed out in hopes of bringing 5 fish to the scales.  113 walleyes were weighed in for a total of 225.68 lbs.  Eric Spray and Adam Spray took top honors weighing in 5 fish for 15.51 lbs, including  biggest walleye of the day weighing 8.38 lbs and took home a check for $2500, which included option pot money.  Second Place went to Justin Borstad and Dominic Fernholz who weighed 3 fish for 13.31 lbs, they took home $1,666 in prize money, which included option pot and second biggest walleye, a 8.33 lber. Tom Kulman and Jon Bork took third place weighing in 5 fish for 9.97 pounds good for $1,250, which included option pot money.  Fourth place was Scott Monson and Jeff Andreas who weighed 5 fish for 9.87 lbs worth $625.  Fifth place went to Corey Reiffenberger and Lainey Reiffenberger who weighed 5 fish for 9.59 lbs, good for $500 in prize money.

Thank you to all those who competed, we hope to see you again next year.  We would also like to Thank our tournament director Brett Jacobs.  We would also like to Thank board member Andy Johnson and his family, along with Marcia Golden and Steve Mitlyng for all of their help in preparing for this year's tournament.
